Does anybody else have an issue where the position on the TomTom jumps forward every time you zoom out?
If you zoom out just a couple of clicks the arrow is significantly ahead of your actual position. It's only very accurate when zoomed in to the max.
TomTom say the issue doesn't exist but it certainly does app 10.855 and it's confusing and dangerous if trying to navigate around unfamiliar areas.

Hi
Yes, It's not the device is the software.
I've tried multiple soft and hard resets which TomTom keep asking me to do and I've erased the card and completely reinstalled it.
The problem is with the application where the focal point of the zoom is in the incorrect place. They don't seem to want to acknowledge that. I have invited them down for a demonstration but they declined.0 -
Here is the problem demonstrated..
Same location but if I zoom out a click or two the position is ahead of the true location. Very confusing and dangerous when navigating.0 -
