TomTom GO Mobile do not work on LG G4

Hi,
I am tying to start the newest version of TomTom Go on LG G4 and it is constantly showing the screen "application is loading". Screen stays like that for minutes without moving forward.
I have uninstall the app and install it again. Doesn't help at all.
Can you help me with it?

    Do you have the app installed on an SD card? Or are you perhaps using two SIM cards on your phone?

    I plan to move to a dual SIM phone. Are there any known issues of incompatibility with the GO Mobile app?

    Yes, in some cases dual SIMs can cause a problem. My understanding is that these are rare but, unfortunately, I don't have details to share.

    The fact that the TomTom app even knows, let alone cares, about the file structure of external storage (ExFAT vs. FAT32) or the source of wireless network data (single vs. dual SIM) suggests that its developers are not using the same standard Android APIs that other developers use without similar problems.
