Mapshare Reports are waiting for approval since months

Hi,

I have reported some map errors to TomTom but they are in waiting status since months. Why they are not approved until now?

For example :
097b054c-1dc5-4563-8525-f0dddb522367
0df49232-3670-4b08-b2d3-499366ad040e
b2f3b2e1-d909-4a8b-a76d-997f0db15403

    Someone from TomTom often appears in this forum and can check the status since you've provided reference numbers. So, check back in a couple of days and see if there is further information.

    I'm not sure if you call support with the numbers that they can also see what's happening but you can try that too:

    Hi Ismail,

    The latter two seem to have some time restrictions but they're not yet supported in Turkey. I'd recommend you to contact Customer Service for further information.

    Hi,

    Sorry for late reply. I have 9 mapshare reports and only 1 of them is time restricted. Other reports are also waiting at pending status.

    Example : 097b054c-1dc5-4563-8525-f0dddb522367

    This one is on my daily route to work and everyday TomTom is saying "turn left" but it isnt allowed on that road. I have report that couple of times but nothing happened.

    what is the point in map share reporter
    most of the map share reported are ignored. tt think cameras are where they are not
    told them about a camera on my go6000 showing a red line through it but no camera there and they say not accepted its not the only one ive told them about being in wrong place
    told them about a road a flyover showing wrong about three times going back years and still not fixed but was accepted every time

    I wont bother again

    I know it is a bind, but try to give Customer Services a call to find out why they are rejecting your reports, (have the report Ids handy). Failing that, list the Ids here

    I have things marked "Pending" which actually were incorporated. I have things marked "Fixed" which were not. I submitted something with a geo-coded photo and all which was rejected but when resubmitted was accepted. Mainly stuff marked "Pending" or "Accepted" for months and months and months.
