Routes created on TomTom GPS Nav (Android App) don't show up in mydrive account

Routes created on TomTom GPS Navigation Traffic (Android) don't show up in the trip planner site (mydrive.tomtom.com) even though I am signed in to the same account on both the tablet and the PC.

Routes created on the trip planner site DO show up on the tablet.

I tried logging out & back in, and even using a different browser (Firefox or Chrome), and it makes no difference.

Is the "syncing" only a one way process from the account TO mobile devices?

    Yes, for routes it is one-way from MyDrive to the GO Mobile app. You can sync MyPlaces and the current destination both ways.
