how can I get a clip to stop my camera rotating

I have recently purchased the Bandit action camera, however I am having problems with the camera rotating. I have read that there is a clip available to prevent the camera moving. I would like to know where I can obtain one of the clips?

    Hi, if it wasn't in the box (which it should have been) just call Tomtom support and they will probably be able to send you one.
