I can no longer add a soundtrack with the desktop software for the tomtom bandit. I go to my itunes folder where I know there are mp3 files, but they somehow don't show in the 'add soundtrack' option. Can anyone assist?

To add music Click on "Select a Soundtrack" then click on the folder icon that appears just below the "Create" button. This will open windows explorer (or the mac equivalent) , find the folder that contains your music and click on "Select Folder" you will now see a list of all the valid audio files and subfolders in the Bandit Studio.

Your solution does not work. I can only get as far as an individual album file, but then it says "no items match your search" within the folder. I know there are mp3 files in there, so what's the problem here?

Additionally, this website forum does not allow me to view the other 514 replies to this comment, so there's a good chance you've already provided a solution, or others have given the same feedback as me. Is there a I can view these to save you answering this for the 258th time...?!!

I'd also like to use multiple tracks, not just the same one repeated for 30 mins (the length of my first highlights of a 3 hour ride on the road with 5,000 other riders)

How to add multiple sound tracks to the videos?

It looks like we can't add multiple tracks until the software is upgraded. The only work-around I've managed is to just split your videos into times dictated by the length of soundtrack you wish to accompany it. Then play the mp4 files consecutively.

I’m having same problem. I have a Mac. When I try to add a soundtrack Finder comes up I can add an album folder though all tracks are greyed out and Bandit software doesn’t recognise them so they do not upload

I think I found a solution. It's how iTunes store our music - which is not as an mp3. If you convert the song, or album to mp3 Bandit studio recognise it. This worked for me. Check
