Hi, my strap has broken on my Runner 3 (love it by the way, apart from the flimsy strap)

Where do I get a replacement, can't find info anywhere.

    I have sent an email requesting to change the new strap, but I do not receive any response (incident: 1710xx-xxxxxx)

    Where do I get a replacement?
