Toggle ring on Runner watch

My runner watch is missing the toggle ring. I have the black watch, the grey ring with which the watch is controlled is missing. Any idea where to get anew one?

    You need to call Customer Support who can send you out a new one. It is not a part you can buy in a store. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact, enter the product name and click Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    I also need a control ring! I bought a used TomTom Runner watch a few years ago on ebay and so there's no warranty left on it and Customer Support won't even let me pay for a new one, what should I do?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the advice, but I have tried this several times and each time the representative would tell me there is no way for me to get a new ring, even if I paid for it, due to the lack of warranty and old age of my watch. Any other advice?
