VIA1535TM- Can't Update Map

I have a VIA1535TM with lifetime map updates. When I launch MyDrive Connect, it says that my Map Subscription is expired. When I click to get more info, the program then acknowledges that I have lifetime maps. The map I have installed (North America) is version 9.55, but I see that the latest map is version 9.65. The program also says that my device is "up to date". Why can't I get the latest map? Thanks.
