What's going on with new posts not showing?

1 hour ago I replied in this thread https://en.discussions.tomtom.com/one-start-40-50-series-ease-home-21/tt-one-how-to-add-maps-1006928 but had to repeat post as original didn't show even after a refresh. Subsequently BOTH showed so had to "report" duplicate which has been deleted.
