Swopping a TomTom update bought by mistake

On 30 April 2016 I paid £19.99 to TomTom, thinking I was renewing my UK Map Update Service (which had lapsed in Jan 2016). However, it seems that I have, by mistake, paid for Speed Cameras Europe. I am 74 and only drive in the UK. I have a Tom One which I have been using since 2009. My fault for not reading the email properly.
I have sent various email to TomTom asking if the payment could possibly be transferred to renew the UK Map Update Service, as the Europe thing is of no use to me.
I can't get any reply, so I thought I would ask on the forum.
It's my own fault, but I thought maybe TomTom would allow the switch, otherwise it's a waste of money.

Give Support a call as they should be able to help you:-
    United Kingdom
    02079 490 134
    Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

ps As this is an old device now classified as a "legacy" model you can't email support as you can with the newer devices and, phoning is usually more beneficial anyway
