GO mobile (iOS) - upgrade from previous version fails

when prompted to follow instructions in old app, my old app states - not connected to network.

    Do you have Wi-Fi and mobile network on at the same time? Try to do it with only one switched on. Or try to restart the phone.

    Spot on thanks. I switched off the wireless and retained 4G and it all went smoothly. Thank you Zsolt, much appreciated as this was driving me nuts. :)
