Step Syncing Problems:Tom Tom Spark has stopped syncing step info

My Tom Tom Spark has stopped syncing any steps information about 10 days ago. I can see the information on my watch, but it doesn't sync to the TomTom app (iPhone6) nor to the TomTom My Sports database. All other workout information syncs with few problems. I have set steps as a goal as directed. I have even turned this feature off then on, to see if it would reset.

Help.

    I do not have this issue. Just synced mine and all is working on my Iphone 6 and the database.
