Due TomTom faulty update recently, I had to buy another TomTom to help me to navigate to Kent from Cambridge this weekend! Where do I send this in invoice..?
In the first instance you should contact Customer Support as this is just a discussion forum.
Mind you, a replacement device without their prior approval/acceptance would, in the eyes of the law, most likely be classified as a "consequential loss" which wouldn't be covered by the Sale of Goods Act anyway.
PS I would suggest you just take this second unit back to the shop & ask for a refund
