I managed to update quick GPS by syncing with the desktop. Could it be due to the summer time? The watch didn't automatically switch to new time so I did manually. Perhaps it didn't match server time?

Not true. Just check AliExpress for different built watch bands. Just read the review and check it out. I personally never had an issue but it can be an good replacement strap.

Hi Jürgen, unfortunalty i get the battery low error on new firmware. A factory reset didnt work (no pairing issue's). can you restore my account back to 1.3.255

It does seem to work for now. I can still sync and notifications are working (needed to reinstall sports app). I don't need notifications so I switched it off. Haven't tried running yet but do far do good.

I figured out that I wanted to try the update first before shooting it. So dont place me on the previous firmware yet. Thanks.

Oke.... So this is probably the last firmware... I think it's time to move on to Garmin and leave the spark with the latest working firmware (1.3.255)

I see so much users on this forum with problems that I decided to wait with the upgrade. I just don't connect it with my computer till the syncing and battery problems are resolved.

I wouldn't bet on it if I where you. Of they could do it it already would be done other manufacturers have this feature for long time. Maybe hardware, maybe software but something isn't working.
