  • Updating to iOS 14 fixed it for us. All I did was add my wife to family sharing, make sure Tomtom was on in "Family Sharing". After the update, it shows as on in my wife's phone. Nothing to do ion Tomtom itself, as far as I could see. Pretty seamless, actually. You probably need to contact support directly...
  • I'm having the same problem. I've just seen something that says it needs iOS 14 and my wife's phone is still on 13. I'm doing an update at the moment. Maybe that will fix it.
  • Yes, I use AppCleaner (https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/), seems to work well. Other apps are available in the Appstore. Mac OS doesn't embed software as deeply as Windows, there's no registry, for example. So simply deleting the app folder is often enough.

  • I see this has been going for a while - reading the thread prompted me to look at Go on my Android phone and I found, buried at the bottom of the 'Voices' menu the option to choose Audio output channel. Very strange place to hide it, especially at the bottom. Anyway, there are 6 options there, ranging from 'music channel…
