  • Hi @nabu No the card is not corrupted as all UK Europe map is on internal storage not the SD card... I have 4 other maps on the SD card and they all loaded fine - just the UK one. I currently have version 10.50 and the new version is 10.75 waiting to be loaded...

  • @chrisrw Then unless you have not logged into your account for 36 months then it might have been disabled - it does state if you do not log in it could be removed. Hopefully @lampard or @VikramK will assist for you.
  • Go into your device and it should tell you what maps you have and if you have a SC database already on it? Are you accessing via Wi-fi or by cable to computer?

If so if you connect your device to your computer and log into the My Drive Connect (or whatever) you can click onto your device and then see what is loaded on. Yes this is selected on Sounds and Alarms... so not sure why this is causing such a problem. There used to be loads of Mobile sites around the Uk but there seems to be none at all?
