      've been watching your comment, where you say that in the forum (German) there are a lot of complaints about support. Believe it is not only because you have complaints, it was better You called immediately and when you sent an email soon had an answer.Now very time consuming.

      Thats exactly what most users report. When they call support, the staff doesn't understand what the user want.
      When you write a mail it takes a long time until you get a reply.
