      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi my device will not go past the TomTom screen I have to reset it to switch it off, I've removed the applications and done all the updates still no joy also I've noticed that I only have Canary Islands in the maps no others please help me&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>Make a manual backup via Explorer. Save all the files from your unit, inc. the hidden files. Go to Manage my GO in TT HOME, delete everything from the hard drive. Format the unit's internal storage, and try to update again.</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Maybe the map files are corrupted. Delete them from the unit and give a call to CS to re-activate your map download.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
