Via 110 & 3rd Party poi

I have a via 110. I also have a POI file on my computer that I would like to download to it. I have searched for instructions & find that Tomtom gives clear instruction that start by telling me to click on "Add community content". The trouble is that heading cannot be found. Can someone help me overcome this problem.

N.B. I am using Windows 7 & the browser is explorer.

Upload a *.bmp image (about 25x 25 pixels) to the same directory as your POI file. Make sure the image has exactly the same name and it will pick it up.
