    <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;there are a few troubles known concerning the myTT application.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Use either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as default browser.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Set the port in your myTT application from port 4000 to i.e. 4001 or 5000.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Clear the cache of both your myTT application as well as your browser.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Make sure the myTT application is allowed to fully access the internet and isn't blocked by any antivirus or firewall software.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Go to your network connections and set the network symbolizing your device as trusted network.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Concerning your problem with activating your lifetime maps please call CS as the activation option in the myTT application is not working yet. They'll activate the lifetime maps for you if you provide them with your activation code and maybe some proof that it is really your device and activation code.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Regards&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lars.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Just bought a Via 1505 and downloaded mytomtom. i'm having trouble with activating lifetime maps, won't let me register either also can't e-mail tomtom! what am i doing wrong?&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;You should be able to right click it and go to the properties menu.....&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Open the Network and Sharing Center and check on it there also...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;just to acces it that is. You'll need to check your anti virus software,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;what you use/run may be restricting it,that's probably where the issue is.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Check that or Windows Firewall if that's what you use...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Start there and check back,you should go through steps 1 by 1 so you&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;know exactly what step handles this...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</description>
