same here. there is a serious server error that tom tom has. i cannot access account details on the mytomtom webpage either.
there is absolutely nothing that we can do. either they fix it or , if they leave the error in place for a long time, we will invariably move to using another application or system. it's not THAT hard. i already purchased navigon for iphone so i might as well delete a few videos and install it again.
but, let's wait and see. maybe they understand and want to help and fix it.
