Connect the device to the computer

The navigation device should have a USB cable included in the box when purchased from the shop, so you are able to connect the device to the computer.

According to the serial number, the device is a TomTom Via navigation device. The Via devices use the myTomTom Support Application to update and manage the unit. The required drivers to recognize the device are automaticly installed by the program installation.

Re: How to connect to pc

My VIA does NOT have the USB cord reflected in your photo, the charger is hardwired to the power cord.  Please send me the model number of the type of usb charger reflected in your photo so I can order one.  Im happy to send you a photo of my charger showing it has NO usb conection on the end of the charger. Thank you
