Hi! The same for me. Live-Services don't work since a couple of days. The connection to the mobile provider is ok (connectionstatus says connected), but the TomTom Server does'nt response.

and the same for me. Still no liveservices in Austria :-(

First I had to send my go 1005 live to tomtom (accu could not be charged) ... 10 days without Liveservices and now serverproblems ...

no live service for me on all my navis ... 

same here. Live services not working! Of course i have tried reset etc....

 

If the service is really down for 5days, i think i will return my go 825. I think either they just dont care about AT or they only have incompetent engineers!

 

Information policy is not acceptable also. I have called service team today and they have not been able to give any estimation when the problems will/might be solved

My TomTom 1005 Live had also a battery problem.

After 4 weeks I got a new TomTom.

Now I have no Live Service and informed the support

Apologies for the issues with your Live Services. Our technical team are currently investigating this - I don't have any further information, but when I do I'll of course update again.

Can you please update if you're still experiencing trouble with your LIVE Services in Austria? The last update I got was to inform that they'd done some testing with Austria Telekom and it would seem to be back to normal... please let us know if you still have an issue!
