Can't find anywhere on the forum to ask my question so will try here. I have changed my login email address 3 times and each time I receive an email that says to use the new address the next time I log in. When I try to log in the new email address will not work and I have to revert to the old one. I cannot receive email at the old address. When I try to email tomtom the answers must be going to the old address as I never receive an answer. Also, my receipt for purchasing map updates must have gone to the old address.
Anyone have any answers or can you direct me to the proper forum location to get an answer?
