activation code

Hi, 

 

I have a tomtom XL europe 31. I downloaded another map western europe on the tomtom but he asks for the activation code which i don't have.

where can i find this code?

I also don't have the productcode.

Shouldn't ask for activation code. Normally that process is automated whilst downloading. Try to give a call to customer services (or do some soft/factory reset first):
