I recently tried to download a new voice for my tomtom. It shows up that the purchase was made, I also have payment confirmation via email, however it does not show up in my list of voice? I have an XL Live.
Ok I have solved this myself but if anyone has the same problem here's the answer.
my PC had updated the HOME software and was running two versions, I simply closed one and the other contained the voice i had downloaded! odd but there you go...
i just bought 2 voices from tomtom after paying for them i was told to download them with the download button,but neither voice is showing on my tomtom, my device is the start 25.can anyone help
