My TomTom program  says that my TomTom is not connectaded and it is already connectaded. I dont know what is the problem.

I have xl 2   restarted the device switched it on it freezes on picture of battery   help

Sabastian, did you reset the device according to these steps: http://www.tomtom.com/6965? When you connect to TT HOME, are there any updates offered (when you click 'Update my TT')?

I appreciate your last comment. but still no luck. Ihave completely restarted my devise and all i land up with is picture of battery with a red ;line at the bottom or white words on black screen desribing tom tom information.WHEN THE PICTURE OF THE BATTERY IS ON SCREEN the only way that i can turn this off is to start the device.....HELP.

What happens if you press and hold the power button for 30 seconds? Are you able to access the TT using Windows Explorer?
