XL / XXL (HOME)

I have purchased a one year update and have updated twice at which time my XL shows NO MAPS FOUND. After trying to upload the latest Spring update, it now says No Maps Found and says I do not have enough memory to upload again. What can I do to correct this issue? The XL is not much over a year old if that old.

Hi,

if you connect your device to your PC/Laptop and look in the root of the device via the Explorer - can you see a map folder then?

If so, then cut&paste this folder to the computer and keep it there.

Next you start HOME and click "update my device" - normally the already downloaded new map should be installed then. If not, then go to "Manage my XL" and select the tab "items on my computer" - there you should find the latest downloaded map and should be able to add it. edit: If not then go to "Add Traffic, voices etc" an don the last site in this menu you will find the option "Items on my computer" - if you click this option then you can select the downloaded map

This is my problem as well.  However, I do not have a maps folder on my PC.  My soft reset doesn't bring back a map either.
