Connection Status - Always CONNECTING never CONNECTED

Hi - can anyone help me.

I have TomTom GO 2535 LIVE.  

 

I've just paid to renew my LIVE services, but I can't seem to get a network connection.  GPS is fine, but if I go to CONNECTIONS then NETWORK the connections status says CONNECTING, it never connects.  

 

This is stopping my LIVE services from working.  I have 5 bars in the signal strength picture.

Hi Chris - I have been having a similar problem as you report since early December - make sure you raise a question to customer support.
Have a look over on the Belgian units cant roam line in the forum.

They might have to re-enable your SIM or something like.
