TomTom Navigation app for iPhone/iPad

I just upgraded to iOS 5.1 and now I am unable to use the tomtom app.

Is anybody else having this problem?

Works Fine here no issues with iPhone 4S and TomTom with 5.1

I've upgraded to iOS 5.1, too. Altough I'm able to use the TomTom app (I have v1.9, Europe), I have experienced problems: The app crashed due to out-of-memory (it was the only app running, and I had > 3.3 GB of free memory), and the installed voice was automagically "downgraded" to a simple one. I have filed a support issue regarding this behaviour and now I'm waiting for the answer.

Upgraded to IOS 5.1 Late Friday (11:00pm ish)

iPhone 3GS 16GB with about 5gb free space

App v1.9 version 8.300 (777309) Map 'Western Europe' v875.3668

Saturday Navigate Greater London from Bucks Crashed twice - Total phone reboot.

Crashed three times on the way home.

Sunday Navigate South Bucks to North bucks and back again.

Phone reboots 5 times.

I've tried going back to simple voices after the crashes on Saturday.

What's going on? This was solid as a rock before the IOS update.

FWIW no crashes if I'm not using it to navigate - just using it for camera alerts no announcements on turns etc.

NavFree is working fine too - Am I going to be forced to use the free solution? Hope not, I prefer Tomtom.

upgraded to IOS 5.1 and it wont load, all and any ideas anyone ? need it badly should i simply abandon the app and buy a unit or is there an answer

if you were previously had your device jail broken and and upgraded tomtom wont work if its a cracked ipa. what device are you using? etc

I own the app and do not jailbreak my devices.

I have a VZW iPhone 4S, AT&T iPhone 4S, AT&T iPad 2. All 3 are not working. I have removed the app and re-downloaded it from the App Store and still now working. I just get a flicker like it is going to start and then closes.

I'm not jailbroken.

FWIW I have found that now I have reset my 3G settings it is absolutely fine.

(The 3G settings got reset to the default O2 settings by the IOS upgrade. No use to me as I'm on GIFFGAFF)

Im on an iphone 3gs, I use the app all the time but it just wont load any more, is it the phone software or the app I wonder
