Tomtom Europe missing countries

Can some help me understand why when buying tomtom Europe for iPhone Greece is omitted? I have been under the impression that Greece is in Europe?

TomTom has a map for Greece. However, the Greece map is not included in the Europe bundle.

 

Why is that TomTom? Why have you excluded Greece from Europe?

Not sure how is it on iJoke, but on Android Greece is in the EU pack. It must be the same.
