Tom-tom street voice not working since new download

Hi my spoken street voice has suddenly stopped working on my iPhone 4 any suggestions thanks

Hi,

 

Is it possible to download other voices to see if these are working? The voices can be downloaded via going to the main menu and clicking on "Change Settings" and then "Voice" and finally "Advanced voices". 

 

Please also make sure the voice is enabled. It is now possible to enable alerts, etc. and disable only the voice from the main menu at "Enable voice" or "Disable voice".
