Hi. I have an issue where my 3 purchased celebrity voices have dissapeared from my iPhone. I tried to restore them but it is asking for e-mail and password details that I don't recall ever setting up. These voices were purchased through the Apple "App Store" so as far as I know there's no associated Tom Tom account. Anyone know how to restore these voices?

I had exactly the same thing yesterday.
The only way I found to sort it was to create the account. You have to agree to share your info but just switch that back off when you're done and its not a problem.
So, create a TT account. Go to the Celeb voices section of the app on your device and hit restore purchases.
The silly bit was it then asks for your Apple ID (why not just do that in the first place?!?!?!)
Type it in and the voices should reappear.
Don't forget to switch sharing back off if it concerns you!

I purchased John Cleese celeb voice but can not load it to my iphone.
I purchased from TT store and I have tried by loading the TT home software to computer as instructed.
I have also logged on to TT via the app but although it says restoring voices when I connect the new voice does not down load.
