I've become a 2535M Live refugee because the unit won't load HD traffic during a trip or will load it when the trip is almost over (30 - 60 minutes later).

Do you have the same problem with the iPhone HD traffic or does HD traffic load in a reasonable amount of time?

On my devices in Germany it takes two to three minutes from startup, while the iPhone is a little bit quicker. The main reason here should be the UMTS connection of the iPhone vs the GPRS connection of the PNA.

If your device needs 30 to 60 minutes to connect and receive the traffic information there is something definitely wrong with your device.

Try updating with wi-fi before you leave the house/hotel/hotspot... this would also save cellular data transfer (costs).
