Does App sync my changes / saved data for when I use on another device?

Hi

 

I have just purchased the Turkey iOS App. Been plying around with it and it looks good, so looking forward to using it this week. I will be using the App between my iPad and iPhone and I wondered if my preparations are synced back to the App, so when I install the App (from my iTunes) onto a secondary device, will the saved data be included..?

 

Or do I have to do the same preparations on both devices? Thanks.
