Welcome discount coupon not recognised, any one had that problem?

Hi,
usually the discount coupon gets recognized as soon as you purchase something that values more than your coupon is worth.
So if you'd like to use your coupon you'll need an invoice that requests you to still pay some money after using the coupon.

The speed camera product is $49 , welcome coupon is $20, have tried to purchase the product but the coupon is not recognised. The Invoice still reflects $49.it does not deduct the coupon value.

I have just received a welcome email telling me I have a $20 voucher - I'm tryign to buy a celebrity voice but when I enter the voucher code it says the voucher has expired.
How do I enter the code so I can use this voucher?

Oh just read the email again and the voucher can only be applied to purchases over $20 ![]()
Looks like another way of getting people to spend more money! Not happy... here I thought tomtom was different ![]()

when i try and buy something worth £27 i get this
The code you have entered has expired!

Had my Start 20 for 4 days. Tried to order a vent holder and discount coupon not accepted as "out of date". Why include an invalid voucher in the email?
Poor customer service.

Hi,
this trouble with the codes not working is quite a common problem with TT's web site. You'll have to contact CS to get your voucher accepted. If you provide them a copy of that e-mail they'll usually accept the code so you'll get the discount.
