ONE / START, 40, 50 Series / EASE (HOME)

I got a Tom Tom via 220 for Christmas. I started setting it up and I think I went into Services and all of a sudden got this message:

Unable to load page

file:///usr/share/webkit/contnt/device/manuals/tutorials/Volume Shortcut/en-AU/index.html

Turning it off does not help it shows the start yp screen and then the white page with Unable to load page message.

Have attached it to my pc and downloaded MyTomTom, and it and my PC just says everything is up to date!

How can I reload the whole software?

Finally found a post which said hold on/off button for 20 seconds..

My tomTom was only 2 days old and I got the Unable to load page. Today I thought to go onto this website and saw the solution. THANKYOU. I thought I bought a lemon.
