If anyone can help me I will be really grateful.

The speed camera announcements on my One XL no longer play.

I contacted the TT Support team who advised me to do the following.

1. Install latest version of TT Home

2. Remove existing safety cameras from my device

3. Remove existing safety cameras from my computer

4. Re-Download my Safety Cameras update

5. Enable the safety cameras on my device.

I have actioned steps 1, 2 and 3 however when I reconnect my device to re-download my safety cameras update (step 4), I just get a message that there are no updates available for my device.

Have I lost my cameras files for good or can I reinstate them ? Very frustrated by this , so if anyone can help me sort this out then that would be brilliant.

What happens if you choose "Add Traffic, Voices, Safety Cameras, etc." » "Safety Cameras"?

Thanks for your response, appreciate you trying to assist me.

If I follow your suggestion of "Add Traffic, Voices, Safety Cameras etc, it gives m the option to purchase Tom Tom Safety Cameras Europe for a fee. Obviously don't want to pay for something that I already had pre-installed when I purchased the device,

Any other thoughts?

Okay, thanks for the information. I guess you don't have any backups of your device (as you removed them in steps 2 and 3 I suppose). If you indeed don't have any backups, I think there's not much you can do at this point except for making a call to TomTom Customer Support. If you do have some backup anywhere, you could try to restore the speedcams from that backup into your current map folder on your TT. Then try to update the device through TT HOME again.
