Hi,

     I have tried to find the option to pay and update my TomTom one maps on TomTom Home, but the only optioins avalible are for new maps. Is there something more I should be doing or map version to old to update (7.903) and thats why I don't get the option up?

Any advice gratefully recieved!...

Do you have a paid subscription for updates or lifetime map updates available to you?  If you don't have these then you will not receives map updates.  Updates for mapshare expire after about 1 year from the last map update.

I am a little confused by you question. To update your map if you don't have a subscription or lifetime option, you would use the "Add Map" functions. Where you would purchase a new map to replace your old map. There really is no update to a map you just receive a new up to date map.

However before performing any major update, it is highly recommended that you first backup your gps. Here is a link with the procedure to do that.

Hi Mickhart,

To further add to Traylaw's post, the number you mention (7.903) is not the map version, but the software version that your device is running. You can go here to find the map number:

When you are in TomTom Home you should see an option to Add Maps - you can either get the Map Update Service here, or a single map update.
