Bluetooth support Galaxy Note

My One new edition Europe does not support Bluetooth connection with my Galaxy Note. Does anybody know how to resolve this...? Thx in advance

Try to reset the satnav (soft reset), and let the satnav to find the Samsung, and not the other way around.
