Did you arrow right at the Services screen to see a second screen of choices?

I tap on screen, tap on live services and i've got: hd traffic, speed cameras, google search, weather, my live services. sorry if i write something wrong but i use my device in other language
If you set the language to Eng_UK or Eng_US, do you see other choices? (not that you should have to change language, but ...)

Can you try resetting the unit by holding the power button about 10 seconds till you get the drum sounds?
Also, what map version do you have on your unit?

for those new futures tomtom needs to get gps signal first, i went to the window to get a singal and icon show up in services menu, thank You for Your help and im sorry for a trouble, hope this will be helpful for other.
I shall test it and report back soon.
