Speed camera and POI in memory

Hi for everybody, this is my first post.

I bought an used TT Go Live 1000 and Live services are out to date.

I marked a new speed camera alert found near to my home, but it seems it do not remain inside the memory of TT.

Is it normal? I can mark only if I have Live services activated?

And can I set some new root/POI or any other info from my pc and transfert it to TT connecting with MyTomTom software?

I've looked for this way but not found a clear answer
