HP iPAQ RZ1710 Update from 4.440 Possible????

I have a iPAQ running Navigator 4.440 with a cradle and wired gps. I am trying to update/upgrade navigator but it seems to be impossible.

I can only recognize it (the PDA) with the early version of home and it tells me there are no updates available (apart from voices).

Is it possible to download the navigator software without home?
