Please can someone help me?
We were given a new post code by the Post Office a couple of years ago. The level crossing in the village was closed, we (2 houses) are one side of the railway track and the rest of the village is the other side. It is a complicated 8 mile round trip to the other side of the village.
It is very annoying as nobody can find us, also we get a constant stream of delivery vans trying to go across the railway crossing that no longer exists.
HOW DO I GET TOM TOM TO UPDATE THEIR RECORDS?????
It has become totally exasperating.

You can report the problem using the online Map Share Reporter (http://tomtom.com/mapshare/tools/). That's the best way to notify TT about these problems.

That gives me a map, and I can find my road, but there is no means of communicating the problem.

You have to login (at the left side of the page). Then you can submit corrections. If you don't have an account to login, you can make one.

I haven't been living in my house since I bought my Tomtom. I have to live next door. I did report a couple of times without success.

Whas the number 32 present in older maps? In that case it looks like there are really missing some house numbers. See also this topic: http://discussions.tomtom.com/t5/Map-quality/House

Using our postcode (KT160PX) in TomTom takes one to Duffins Orchard, off Brox Road. There is no access to Gorse Cottage from there. The only access is from Guildford Road. Please can this be corrected.
