JanKa, have you reported the problem in the online Map Share Reporter? If so, what's the status of the report? If it's accepted, it normally takes about 6 to 12 months before it's implemented in a future map release.
I reported and I sent the track of the new road on january (see history of subject "C-15 and C-37"). According your answer it will be implemented in less than 9 months.
