Is this a common issue?
I have attempted to update my tomtom go 710 numerous times over the last few weeks with the same result each time.
Every time I hit the "Confirm Purchase" button, I get a message stating that "The internet server had an internal error. It may be a temporary problem. Please try again later." and cannot make my purchase.
I've tried it on different computers etc. with the same result and was wondering if this is a common issue/something wrong with the tomtom servers?

I have the same issue here in the USA - last three days have tried a total of 6 times. Using a mac on OS 10.7.3 and unable to purchase and install map due to the same error message. I have not tried a different computer. Anybody from TomTom out there to help?

I've been experiencing similar issues, I believe they have had a fire recently at their HQ this may be the under lying issue, i have asked the question this evening.

It wasn't at TT, around the Vodafone Data Centre there was, but affected the LIVE services "only".
