Unaible to buy map update service through Tom Tom Home

I bought my Go 750 Live about a year ago. Services will expire around 15th april. I like to buy a renewal and as I understand it I have to do this through the TomTom Home application. Whenever I do this an item called 'Premium flitsers Europe' is put in my shopping basket. There is no additional information on this item The idea is to buy a 1-year map update service and extend my LIVE-services for 1 year as well. What is going wrong here?How can I achieve this. It is all rather confusing

Hmm...maybe best would be to give them a call. Sometimes the web shop has few problems.

You are right, thanks.Contacted customer support today by phone. They admitted something was wrong in the system and changed my purchased item 'Premium Flitsers Europe' to 'Map update for 1 year + 6 months'. This was immediately confirmed by email.

Buying an extension of LIVE-services for 1 year,was without problems.

hello, i have agreed to 18 months of live updates. however, it will not let me into my basket to pay?

any ideas?

If you have a newer device, try the web shop via Firefox, and make sure the right country's flag is in the top right corner.

 

With older devices, make sure you purchase via TomTom HOME.
