I couldn't agree with you more. How can a company as big as Tom Tom have such a poor or totally absent 'Contact Us' link.
For a company in the 'Navigation' business they should start first by improving their web navigation.

I have already logged a issue with Tom Tom (Call Support: Update the device [Incident: 120709-004214), Can you please update me as issue still remains unresolved. My current TOM TOM cannot find my house number even if I have to go to someother places it does not locate the correct location. Botttom story I have been sold a un updated Tom Tom which I bought 2 weeks back. can i return this tom tom?

Easiest way would be to just log into the Tom Tom site and get an update, its free, it is also best not to put your home address into Tom Tom, as a thief could knick it when ur away in town, and he would then know where you live and that you are not at home. I just put in my street name.

Okay, fair enough it cannot locate my house number. what abt if I go somewhere else it does not locate the exact location ..in spite of having a discussion with your department. I have downloaded the free map still no improvement. Any idea?
