Hi.
I am new here and seeking for help with the problem. I have a Go Live 1000 for which I bought the US map on June 26. I paid the purchase directly from my bank acccount and got a receipt for it. Now I have been waiting for the delivery but nothing shows up either in my actual e-mail or on my account here. Did I pay the 39,95 euros for nothing? How should I proceed from here on?

I somehow knew it would go like this. That´s the reason I chose Eurobond as my name. The fate of the 39,95 € which I paid is similar to the money and the guarantees which the prudent euro countries give to the mediterranean corrupt big-spenders: never see your money anymore.

Try to get in touch with customer services on the phone. They can either activate the download or issue a refund. Maybe the server allocated the wrong map version, that's why the MyTomTom is not downloading it.
On another note, what do you have in the Manage Content menu on the website, top right corner, green MyTomTom button? Does it offer you the map there?
